Terms and Conditions

>Services:> Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC,  (the trainer) shall provide dog training services and equipment to the Customer pursuant to the program and based on the terms set forth under Training Package /Equipment above. The training program shall include individual instruction to the Customer on the use of the equipment and methods used to train the aforementioned dog(s). 

>I understand that the remote collars are not to be left on unattended or overnight and I will read the collar instructions as provided by Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC . 

>I understand that my dog must be current on vaccinations including DHLPP, Rabies & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) while attending lessons and group classes. 

>I certify that my dog is in good health and has not been exposed to or exhibited symptoms of any contagious illness within the past 30 days. Dogs presenting signs of illness will be required to be picked up by the customer from a drop off training or will be asked to leave the lesson. 

>I certify that I have provided all details of any bite history, reported or not, to the trainer.  I understand that withholding information can change how my dog is trained, putting other people at significate risk.

>Scheduling: >All training sessions are scheduled by appointment and the Customer is responsible for contacting their "Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC " trainer to schedule these sessions. Our scheduled appointment times begin at the scheduled start time and end at the scheduled end time in order to provide consistent and timely service to all of our clients.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you and your session credit will not be returned or payment will be considered due.  It is your responsibility to contact us if rescheduling is needed.

>RESCHEDULING:> Must be done 24hrs in advance of the lesson. If not, customers may be charged a $75 cancellation fee that must be satisfied prior to rescheduling.   

>As a note, time is of the essence to help ensure successful training; therefore, all private sessions must be completed between one and no more than 3 weeks between each session.  All lessons will be void after 15 weeks from initial start date.

>Indemnification/Liability:> Customer is responsible for the control, conduct, and training of the dog. Customer is solely liable for any injury to persons or damage to property caused by the dog. Customer agrees that while trainer provides equipment and instruction for the training of the dog, the trainer does not maintain control of the dog, and Customer is responsible for the success of the training, control and conduct of the dog at all times in private and group training sessions. Customer is also responsible for the dog outside of the training program and Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC makes no claims for when your dog may be on or off leash.  Customer expressly agree to hold harmless Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC , its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers and assigns for any claim arising out of or incident to my participation in the program, including without limitation, the payment of attorney’s fees and costs. 

>If the dog is aggressive, Customer shall use a muzzle during all training sessions and Customer shall be responsible for avoiding potentially problematic situations.> Further, there are no guarantees that aggression will disappear with training, so it is the owners’ responsibility to muzzle the dog and keep dog out of potential problem situations at all times, not just during training. 

>I understand that Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC ’s training programs incorporates real life distractions, exposure and socialization for my dog. During my pets stay there may be situations where he/she will be traveling in a moving vehicle, attending group training functions and or residing, temporarily, at a trainer’s home.

>I understand that due diligence and care is always exercised by Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC while dogs are in the training program therefore; Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC will not be held liable for loss, damage by or from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, or injury to persons, other dogs, or property by or to said dog(s), or other unavoidable causes. 

>Payment: >The full training fee set forth under the Terms above is due prior to delivery of Equipment or provision of any instruction unless stipulated differently in the terms above. The full training fee is deemed earned at start of training. Should a refund or change of training program be requested a nonrefundable deposit of $500 per dog shall be incurred as well as fees for any time, lessons or mileage that were rendered. A charge of $50 shall be charged for any check returned unpaid by your financial institution for any reason. Should a check be returned, all instruction shall be discontinued until the training fee and return check fee are paid in full. Should collection efforts become necessary, ‘Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC’ may recover all costs of collection including reasonable attorney fees. Once training has started, no refunds will be offered.

>Boarding and Day Care: > All fees are due at the time of booking.  You are responsible for any extra time added after initial booking.  Full refund will be issued for any cancellations made before 2 weeks of booking.  Any cancelled reservation cancelled within 2 weeks of booking could result in up to 50% charge.  Cancellations within 36 hours will not be refunded.  We take very few dogs here so that we can give the best care and attention.  When you book your dog, its possible we are turning others away.   A charge of $50 shall be charged for any check returned unpaid by your financial institution for any reason.  Should collection efforts become necessary, ‘Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC’ may recover all costs of collection including reasonable attorney fees.  

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your drop off service, may be unable to accommodate you.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for pickup, we may not be able to accommodate you and you could incur another full day of boarding charge.

>Images/Video Recording:> Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC may photograph and/or take video of training sessions with your dog for the purposes of sharing updates with the Customer or for use in future training, advertising, or promotional purposes. Customer, consents to the use of dog(s) and Customer images in such manner. 

>Results: >All dogs have different temperaments, and their owners vary in ability and willingness to follow the Program; therefore, result may vary. At the conclusion of the training sessions the Trainer will have the Customer demonstrate the training skills learned by the dog. These skills shall include obedience to certain verbal commands and response to proper use of equipment. If at the conclusion of the training program and Customer has followed the training instructions provided, the dog(s) fails to perform the skills expected, at the Customer option, for no additional cost, Frog Dog Canine Services, LLC will continue to work with the Customer and the dog(s).
